WWE John Cena and Nikki Bella - Strongest Couple - True Love Story - Superstars in Relationship

Are John Cena and Nikki Bella going to get engaged before 2017? Well, in a new interview Oct. 4, Nikki admitted that she thinks a proposal is coming, and that John has been talking about marriage! Did she just admit when it’s going down? Watch the amazing moment here!

Nikki Bella, 32, and John Cena, 39, could be headed to the alter after all! The pro wrestler and actor has claimed marriage was not in the cards for him for years, but, things may have changed. Nikki sat down with the co-hosts of The Real Oct. 4 with her sister, Brie Bella, 32, and she believes John will get down on one knee! The spotlight was put on Nikki when Loni Love, 45, got right to the point and asked if John was “popping the question” anytime soon. She said, “What is going on? Is it going to happen?” Nikki got the crowd riled up when she revealed, “I mean, I think so.” She even went as far as to admit that it’s been a topic of discussion in their household. The brunette beauty said, “The past year, he’s actually talked that he’s open to marriage, so of course, my hopes go way through the roof.” So, has John been gearing up for proposal that could happen very soon?

Well, Nikki shared a candid story of how she always thinks it’s going to happen on a major event, and then gave us some hope that it could be as soon as mid October 2016! “So, he’s like ‘let’s go have this romantic dinner.’ I’m like ‘this is it.’ I feel like every moment I’m waiting for it. It’s been my birthday, it’s been an anniversary… the holidays…,” she said. Then, the former Divas champ added, “I am going to Napa next week. See, I don’t want to get excited. Like I’m ruining everything because I get, like the perfect outfit. And here are those perfect moments and it’s like, ‘okay that was nice’.” Hmm…
While Nikki gave us some details into their relationship, we don’t exactly know if John has any set plans to pop the question. We’re just as hopeful as she is, but we will just have to wait and see how this one pans out! She’s so superstitious about the whole ordeal that Brie admitted, “She [Nikki] won’t go ring shopping; She doesn’t want to tell John what ring!” Nikki replied, “No! I don’t want to jinx it!” Hey, we wouldn’t want to either!
Nikki and John have been dating since 2012. Nikki is no stranger to sharing their intimate secrets with the world on the show, and we’re sure she will do the same on their new spinoff, Total Bellas, premiering Oct. 5. We’re so excited to see how their relationship has evolved, and we’re definitely rooting for these two! Hopefully an engagement is in their future sometime soon!
